🕊️🙏📖 Summary of Psalm 142 – “The Lord Is a Refuge When No One Cares”
Psalm 142 is David’s prayer from within a cave (likely the cave of Adullam or En-gedi) — when he was pursued by Saul and was in solitude, isolation, and deep distress.
This psalm is a pouring out of the deepest heart of one who felt betrayed, without friends, and in great need of God’s help.
Yet, David’s faith remained alive — for God is the final refuge and the true hope.
