Because of Zion I will not keep silent,
and because of Jerusalem I will not rest,
until her righteousness shines like light
and her salvation burns like a torch.

Then the nations will see your righteousness,
and all kings will see your glory,
and people will call you by a new name
that the LORD Himself will appoint.

You will be a crown of splendor in the hand of the LORD,
and a royal turban in the hand of your God.

You will no longer be called “Forsaken by her husband,”
and your land will no longer be called “Desolate,”
but you will be called “My Delight Is in Her,”
and your land “Married,”
for the LORD has delighted in you,
and your land will be married.

For as a young man marries a virgin,
so shall He who builds you marry you,
and as the bridegroom rejoices over the bride,
so your God will rejoice over you.

Upon your walls, O Jerusalem,
I have set watchmen.
All day and all night,
they shall never be silent.
You who are to remind the LORD concerning Zion,
do not keep silent

and do not let Him be silent,
until He establishes Jerusalem
and makes it
a praise in the earth.

The LORD has sworn by His right hand,
by His mighty arm:
“Surely I will no longer give your grain
as food for your enemies,
and foreigners shall not drink the wine
for which you have labored;

but those who gather it shall eat it
and praise the LORD,
and those who harvest it shall drink it
in the courts of My sanctuary.”

Go through, go through the gates;
prepare the way for the people;
build up, build up the highway;
clear it of stones;
raise a banner for the nations!

For this is what the LORD has proclaimed
to the ends of the earth:
Say to the daughter of Zion:
Behold, your salvation comes;
behold, His reward is with Him,
and His recompense goes before Him.

They shall be called “The Holy People,”
“The Redeemed of the LORD,”
and you shall be called “Sought Out,”
a “City Not Forsaken.”
