give salvation by Your right hand and answer us!

“I will exult; I will divide up Shechem,
and measure out the Valley of Succoth.

(60-9) Gilead is Mine, and Manasseh is Mine;
Ephraim is the helmet for My head, Judah is My scepter;

(60-10) Moab is My washbasin;
upon Edom I cast My sandal;
over Philistia I shout in triumph.”

(60-11) Who will bring me to the fortified city?
Who will lead me to Edom?

(60-12) Is it not You, O God, who have cast us off,
and who do not go out, O God, with our armies?

(60-13) Give us help against the foe,
for vain is the salvation of man.
