Daniel

The Book of Daniel contains the life story and prophetic visions of Daniel, a young Jewish man living in exile in Babylon. The early chapters highlight the faithfulness of Daniel and his friends in the face of cultural pressure and foreign powers, while the latter part is filled with prophetic visions about the future of nations and the coming of God's Kingdom. The main message of this book is that God is sovereign over history and will ultimately prevail.
