Joshua
The Book of Joshua records Joshua's leadership after the death of the Prophet Moses in leading the Israelites into and conquering the Promised Land, Canaan. This book contains stories of the conquest of cities such as Jericho and Ai, the division of the land among the tribes of Israel, and Joshua's call for the people to remain faithful to God. Its main message is that true victory comes from obedience and faith in the Lord.
